1. Platform use
Playkeep provides tools for sports communities, including league setup, registrations, scheduling, payments tracking, and friend/team coordination. You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
2. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for account activity under your login and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering teams, players, venues, and organizations.
3. Organizer and team actions
Organizers are responsible for league rules, acceptance decisions, waitlist handling, and payment collection outcomes. Playkeep provides workflow tools but does not act as the event operator.
4. Payments and invoices
Payment status and invoice messages in Playkeep reflect organizer updates. Any financial arrangements, refunds, and disputes are between organizers and participants unless otherwise stated.
5. Content and conduct
You may not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms or threaten platform safety.
6. Availability and changes
We may update features, workflows, and policies over time. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability in all environments.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playkeep is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited for indirect or consequential damages.
